Job Title: Graduate Business Systems Analyst

My client is a financial services company specialising in consumer loans.

To drive and deliver key analytics, database and business projects in new ventures within the business, expanding my client's product.

Responsibilities:

- You will work individually and within a team to deliver the systems and analytics required to develop new business lines.
- Ensure business requirements are met when launching and developing IT platforms; including identification, design, implementation and testing of new functionalities.
- You will be involved in the analysis of data including data manipulation.
- Support Manager in driving the strategy for expanding the product.
- Supporting point of contact for outsourced and internal platforms and analytical frameworks.

The essential skills are as follows:

- 2.2 or above in Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Database or IT related.
- Strong academics; typically A's and B's at A-level in numerical subjects.
- Comfortable with data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- A good understanding of databases including SQL.
- Good communication and team-working skills.
- Good computing knowledge; including at least a familiarity with Microsoft Office and some basic programming experience.

Knowledge of the following would be advantageous but not essential:

- Relational databases, data manipulation and MIreporting.
- Programming languages.
