My client has developed a piece of software that manages Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. The software is built on algorithms and is designed to automate the process of managing SEM. This enables companies to maximise their return on investment from the large search engines whilst minimising the human interaction required.

Search Engine Marketing is the term used to describe the range of marketing techniques required to make a website highly visible on search engines and directories, so that it will attract visits from its target audience. This emerging sector has witnessed huge expansion in the past few years which is only expected to increase.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join an extremely successful company as part of their Sales team. The role is a new position so you can really make it your own! You will act as an inside sales associate responsible for all pre-sales activity and provide support to the Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research:
-Work closely with the Director to identify potential opportunities
-Identify key decision makers within target businesses
-Provide contact details for key decision makers
-Provide an overview of potential clients' businesses and structures
-Research target markets
-Developing competitor analysis

Contact Management:
-Ensuring that the database information is accurate and updated

Business Development:
-Cold calling prospective clients
-Appointment setting
-Assisting the Sales Director with developing new business presentations

Teamwork:
-Contribute to induction and training of other team members

Other:
-Attending industry events and tradeshows
-Develop networks with potential clients including agencies and direct advertisers
-Assist the marketing team with new business projects
