Job Title: Graduate Business Development Executive

My client provides companies with flexible office space around the country.

This is your chance to join the busy Brighton arm of this successful property leasing firm as a Business Development Executive.

If you are target driven and enjoy speaking to people and networking then this could well be the role for you. I am looking for confident graduates with sales experience who are self aware and self motivated and like earning money and gaining responsibility from day one. The role is extremely involved with excellent career prospects; you can expect to gain exceptional skills in account management, business development and client management.

Reports to: Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

-Dealing with office sales, reactive sales and walk in sales opportunities
-Renewing exisiting client license agreements
-Liaising with clients to adhere to their needs, maintain the relationships and ensure repeat business
-Organise and attend marketing days
-Work with operation managers to create and implement business plans
-Sourcing new training opportunites
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Working closely with a team
-Building and developing client relationships
-Problem solving abilities
