With well over 200 UK stores, my client is one of the largest and well known music retailers in the UK and Ireland.
Are you an analytical graduate with an interest or passion for the film sector? If so then this is a really rare and exciting opportunity to join a well known music retailer, analysing their catalogue of DVD's and new releases from one of their well known key suppliers. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Review and manage the core range of DVD's through analysis
- Make recommendations of titles to push
- Forecast new releases and current selections for stock orders
- Monitor pre-orders for supply and demand purposes
- Help support and grow the relationship between this client and their supplier
- Review quarterly marketing plans to provide feedback and recommendations
- Implement all title and campaign specific marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2:1 or above in Mathematics, Economics or other numeric subject
- Highly numerate and possess analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to use PowerPoint for presentations of your data
- Good communication skills
- Ability to give insight and recommendations from your analysis
- Sound knowledge of the film sector
