Job Title: Graduate Business Analyst

With well over 200 UK stores, my client is one of the largest electrical goods retailers in the UK. Coupled with internet shopping and home delivery services, they employ several thousand staff and operate across Europe.

Our client is now looking for a highly numerical and analytical graduate to join them as a Business Analyst.

You will be responsible for analysing, interpreting and reporting on key performance metrics for our clients websites and Call Centre, including sales, margin, traffic and conversion information.

Specific responsibilities to include:

- Producing and disseminating regular reports for key business stakeholders
- Suggesting improvements and defining new reports together with associated graphs in conjunction
- Using the web analytics tool to understand the behaviour and activity of the online customer
- Monitoring and reporting on the competition and outlining market trends
- Key Business user of Coremetrics and Google Analytics


Essential skills for the role to include:

- At least a 2.1 or above in your chosen degree discipline
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
- General data warehousing and reporting experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Passion for using data to inform decisions
- Good communication skills

Desirable skills for the role to include:

- Experience in web analytics
- Experience of MS Access
