This highly successful consultancy is looking for a number of ambitious Civil and Structural Engineers to join their Transportation teams and work on remarkable projects worth millions. As either a fresh graduate starting their career, or an experienced graduate looking for a new adventure, you'll be involved in some of the biggest projects across the United Kingdom's highway structures!
The Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds and Solihull offices are looking for dynamic individuals to reach chartered status and help make history on the UKs roads and motorways.
Reporting to a Principal Engineer, you will use industry standard software to produce detailed designs for highway bridges. Duties range from conducting bridge inspections and assessments to producing 3D models and 2D drawings.

You will be part of a thriving team with ambition. The perfect candidate must have:
- Civil or Structural Engineering Degree - ideally MEng level.
- Strong A-levels - ideally As and Bs (or international equivalent).
- A confident and hardworking nature.
- A clear interest in transportation and highways or structural design.
Desired skills include:
- Industry experience gained through a placement year, internship or work undertaken since leaving university will be particularly advantageous.
- Experience of working on highway schemes.
- Proficient in the use of STRAP, LUSAS or any other finite element analysis design software.
- Knowledge of the UK DMRB design standards, British Standards and Eurocodes.
