Job Title: Graduate Application Developer

This company is the UK's leading specialist Business, Analytical and IT consultancy, they employ over 1500 people. Their portfolio of clients covers diverse areas such as National Security and the Public Sector, through to commercial industries such as Telecommunications, Utilities and Pharmaceuticals. Their services include business consulting, software and hardware development, technical consultancy and complex data analytics work.

Key duties include:

- Develop and maintain key business applications.
- Ensure all apps are supported and help drive improvements to underlying platform and framework.
- Identify areas for improvement in IS Applications.
- Respond to all support calls in a timely manner. Ensure agreed SLA's are adhered to.
- Build relationships with core users to ensure they can support and work effectively with all areas of the business.
- Complete all tasks to a high standard and receive excellent customer feedback.

Essential Skills:

- 2:1 class degree in a Computer Science or Software related degree.
- A's and B's at A-level or equivalent.
- Logical approach to developing solutions to complex business issues.
- Good understanding of key application development concepts.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable engaging with senior management.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
