Our client is a boutique software consultancy with unrivalled expertise in their field. They are able to offer up-to-date strategy development, project analysis, definition and implementation and training services to allow their clients to get the maximum benefit from the software they work with. The company is planning rapid expansion and is offering candidates the chance to develop and grow with the business.
This opportunity will offer you huge personal development. You will receive comprehensive product training and will be assigned a mentor to support your on-going development. You will also be able to develop all the skills required to be a Consultant. You will then have the chance to shadow colleagues on client site to understand the role of a consultant out in the field.
You will spend some time with the support team to develop your problem solving abilities and understand the products in more detail. Once you are fully established, within the company, your role will offer natural evolution that suits your expertise and could lead to a career as a software applications or technical consultant, support specialist or professional trainer.
As you develop in the role you will be expected to travel to client sites, on average 14-15 days per month. Client sites are based both in the UK and overseas; desire for travel is a must.
YOU MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE and will be required to have a vehicle for this role, due to travel to client site.
Requirements:
- 2:1 or above in Engineering, Physics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related, from a highly regarded university.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Inquisitive nature.
- Strong problem solving ability.
- An interest in technology is a must, but this is NOT a technical role.
- Ability and desire to continue your learning.
- FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE.
