Our client has offices based in North Yorkshire and Brussels. Since its inception in 1996 it has grown to become a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, highly qualified and experienced company of talented and dedicated employees and associates. As a result of this customer-centric strategy they have strengthened their business expertise and expanded their consultancy force into areas such as Computer Performance Management and Capacity Planning, Balanced Scorecarding, Customer Relationship Management and Data Mining, as well as Analytical Applications, Enterprise Reporting, Enterprise Dashboards and Information Portals. This means that the client can truly help its customers to harvest, integrate, analyse and personalise their delivery of critical business information for value and growth creation, in a cost-effective manner.
At a technical level they have a wealth of experience in client-server architecture across a wide range of hardware platforms, operating systems and third party databases. With technical mastery of SAS, and even deeper IT experience, they can ensure their clients take full advantage of the interoperability of SAS within their systems environment.
They are looking to hire a number of graduates for the next intake of their graduate training programme. This is likely to start on JUNE 15th so candidates must be available to start then and have no holidays booked for the following few months. Interviews are planned on an ongoing basis until then.
The initial training programme is assessed and candidates must achieve certain pass marks in order to be assigned to a client. The training is seven weeks long and based out of their offices in Cumbria and then you will be based with a client in Cheshire for the first year and then Cambridge for the second year (Minimum 2 year contract)
The client is looking for individuals who meet either of the following criteria:
- Graduates with employment experience who already have some exposure to a role in Management Information Reporting, Business Intelligence or Analytics, in a similar technology to SAS.
OR
- Graduates with relevant qualifications who can demonstrate an aptitude to learn the use of SAS Software.
The client offers the chance to learn and work with a very in demand technology and previous applicants have progressed into excellent long term role with many well known firms.
Recruits will have a university degree from a discipline demonstrating abilities in logic, analysis and data appreciation, and will usually have studied a numerate and life science focussed subject or another traditional science subject. A minimum of a 2:1 equivalent grade degree is required, supported by good UCAS points (or equivalent) from related subjects.
Candidates must be fully prepared to relocate.
