With well over 200 UK stores, my client is one of the largest electrical goods retailers in the UK. Coupled with internet shopping and home delivery services, they employ several thousand staff and operate across Europe.
This is an exciting role for a highly analytical graduate wishing to apply their skills within a business environment. The successful graduate will be responsible for creating, analysing and reporting on data and Key Performance Indicators to support the Supply Chain and associated departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on supply related projects, providing technical expertise, detailed analysis and additional reporting to a variety of departments to optimise the supply chain.
- Define and create new reports and decision making tools, working closely with the end user and responding to the ever changing needs of the business.
- Liaise and consult with a variety of departments to help drive business change, based on observed analysis.
Requirements:
- A 2.1 or above in Maths, Economics, Business or related.
- A high level of accuracy.
- Highly analytical.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical analysis to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to develop a broad business awareness to add value to their analytical output.
