Our client is one of the UK's largest investment fund managers with over 700,000 customers in the UK. They look after assets worth £150bn.
Our client is looking for an Analyst to work in the Change Management Team. The successful candidate will be performing analysis of change initiatives. You will be working with different areas of the business from Technology to customer services providing data analysis on the performance.
The key responsibilities in this role will be as follows:
- Assisting with the creation of Scorecards and benefits models.
- Delivering briefing sessions.
- Carrying out audits of projects.
- Measure and promote progress achieved in managing change through the development and maintenance of team score cards.
- Ensuring regular reports on change initiatives are accurate and meet stakeholder requirements, working with the business management team that produces them.
The essential skills for this role are as follows:
- You will need excellent analytical skills for this role including the ability to understand complex issues, gather and analyse data into trends and results, structure problems and design solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills including modelling, model reviews and data analysis.
- Very strong verbal and writtern communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills
- Ideally some business analysis and or project management experience.
- Ideally Prince2.
