My client is a world leading retailer offering a diverse service to their customers.
I'm seeking a highly analytical graduate to work alongside a team of experienced analysts and project managers. This role is all about improving and developing systems and processes and the successful graduate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining existing reports and ensuring tables are up to date
- Developing and producing reports (planned and ad-hoc)
- Maintaining and investigating reports issued by other teams in the business
- Investigating and understanding data to generate new reports
- Working with my team and the director to help run and understand reports to present to the wider business
Essential skills for the role:
- 2.1 or above in an analytical or numerate degree discipline
- Strong analytical skills with evidence of managing large amounts of data
- Ability to articulate complex problems simply
- Ability to balance priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in data modelling (Excel) and programming (SQL and VB) would be advantageous.
