GRB are currently representing an online and printed newspaper dedicated to the education sector in England
Reporting into the sales manager, you will be responsible for filling the recruitment pages within online and print on a weekly basis, and ensuring that you are hitting (and preferably exceeding!) your weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Job Outline:
- Generating new business through calling Business Managers, HR managers and other stakeholders in primary and secondary schools
- Cold calling for new business (leads will be supplied) ? once new accounts are brought on, these will be yours to manage and develop
- Responsible for filling recruitment space via print and online advertising
- Representing the organisation at exhibitions and events (around 6 per year)
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets
- Other duties as required by senior managers
Salary starts at £22.5k and increases after 6 month probation. Uncapped commission where realistically you should be adding £10k on top of the base.
Person Specification:
- Degree Level - minimum classification 2:1 (any discipline)
- Experience in working to sales targets
- Excellent communication skills ? face to face, written and verbal
- Positive personality
- Outgoing and confident
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, to tight deadlines
- Evidence of negotiation and influencing skills
