This financial recruitment specialist - based in central Brighton - was launched at the end of 2009 and have already enjoyed great success, taking advantage of an upturn in demand for contract staffing within the financial services sector. They have an ambitious growth strategy which includes hiring a mixture of graduates and experienced consultants.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate with some office experience to join a busy Recruitment firm in the heart of Brighton.

Responsibilities:

ADMIN
-Carry out the administrative process for new clients and candidates
-Liaise with candidates via phone and email and resolve any issues
-Recieve and file submitted documentation from candidates
-Ensure compliance with all received documentation from candidates
-Issue contracts to candidates ensuring accuracy and gaining signatures and copies for files
-Process new starters including issuing welcome packs
-Responsible for all office processes including stationery and 1st port of call for IT issues
-Attend weekly office meetings to ensure smooth running and discuss any office improvements

FINANCE
-Support Financial Controller
-Assist with invoicing and timesheets
-Responsible for remittance advice for Associate invoices
-Produce invoices, reconcile timesheets with invoices
-Assist with credit control procedures
-Expense processing
-Support as required by the Financial Controller

You may work on projects from time to time. This role offers excellent career progression in to either Office Management or Finance dependent on the indiviual. You will be trained in the role and grow with the company.

Requirements:

-Bright, forward thinking
-Office experience
-Well organised with excellent attention to detail
-Good level of written English and letter writing skills
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to use one's initiative and work autonomously
-Numerate and ideally with some financial experience although training is provided
