Job Title: Graduate Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our client provides a leading digital marketing platform which enables brands to maximise the impact and value of their content marketing.

An opening has arisen to join this fast growing start-up as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Candidates will be educated to degree standard and have previous experience in an accounts receivable environment and will have a proven track record in dealing with people by phone.

This is a key role within the business and you will need to be a self-starter, enjoy working to challenging (yet achievable) targets, have a fantastic telephone manner and be great at building client relationships to help them ensure prompt payment of sales invoices. For candidates who excel in the role there will be definite career development potential.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Debt collection by telephone
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Produce debtor chasing emails via their automated system
- Pass debtors to a debt recovery agency if necessary
- Deal with client enquiries related to sales invoicing
- Liaise with Ceros team members in order to resolve issues quickly
- Produce a weekly report on results against target
- Perform other administrative work associated with the role

There will also be scope to be involved in other activities across the business.

- Be educated to degree level preferably in a related discipline
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be a self-starter and pro-active
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Be able to demonstrate very good Excel skills
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to learn new software programs very quickly
- Have excellent attention to detail
