A specialist IT and Pharmaceutical recruitment company who service clients across Europe, Asia and the US from their offices in Crawley and Brighton in Sussex They were formed in 2007 with combined experience of over 20 years in the industry. Impressive growth means they now have nearly 30 staff and have visions to grow the company at pace over the next 3 years.
4-6 ROLES TO FILL ACROSS BRIGHTON AND CRAWLEY - EARLY SUMMER START DATE
All successful candidates will start in the role of Researcher in the Recruitment Academy which lasts for 10-12 weeks and is run by the company director. This will be run in the Crawley office so those in Brighton will need to commute to begin with. There will be a mixture of desk-based and boardroom training on offer which is spread over 3 modules; candidate identification and qualification, business to business sales and recruitment process management. Upon 'graduation' from the academy you will be placed in a specialist recruitment team in the IT or pharmaceutical sectors.
Typical hours are 8.30am -6pm and unlike in other sales roles they do not expect you to work past this very often, preferring to give staff a good work and life balance. An hour is also given for lunch.
The basic salary is £18k and commission is either £150-per placement or a percentage of the fee (whichever is greater) whilst in the role of Researcher. On promotion to Consultant the commission increases dramatically, ranging from 10-35% of revenue.
