Are you looking for a role as a copywriter using your French? Are you looking to incorporate this with a customer care element? If so then this role with a leading retailer could be the one for you.

Your responsibilities:

- Writing online product descriptions in French
- Translating English content to French
- Liaise with other departments to ensure products are listed correctly
- Dealing with customer queries in English and French
- Support for retail stores with queries in French
- Dealing with customer complaints in English and French

Requirements:

- 2:1 or above in a French or Business related degree
- Strong verbal and written French and English communication skills
- Fluent in French (written and verbal)
- Good telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
