This company is one of the largest independent currency brokers in the UK. They offer a bespoke currency exchange and exposure management service to both individuals and companies.
Well established in the marketplace our client trades over £4 billion per annum for over 1.7 million customers.
Working within our client's corporate foreign exchange team, you will be part of the sales team responsible for the introduction of new business for our commercial dealing services to corporates trading internationally, requiring cost effective foreign exchange solutions.
Consultants are directly responsible for developing new business through proactive telemarketing at key executive and director level. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will play a vital part in securing and winning new business.
The role includes:
- Identifying, researching and exploring prospective client applications
- Performing initial introductory and follow up consultation calls to establish client needs
- Obtaining examples of previous currency transactions in order to complete currency audits
- Arranging sales presentations for senior consultants to present brokerage solutions
- Providing the consultancy team with a smooth handover prior to engagement of services
Requirements:
Candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and will preferably have business to business (B2B) experience. Experience of working within Financial Services, IT or Telecoms would be desirable.
Successful candidates will be educated to degree standard.
