Job Title: Financial Client Support Executive

Our client is the leading data collector and solutions provider to the financial services industry. Primarily providing financial information on stock market movements, they are also a data wholesaler.

With offices in central London, Woking, India and Hong Kong, their clients are either private investors, major financial institutions, investment banks or stock broking firms.

I'm seeking a highly analytical graduate who has a keen interest in the financial sector. The successful graduate will have excellent communication skills. The position involves direct customer facing responsibilities, both pre and post sale, analysing both data and technical (no technical background required) requirements. All queries will be logged and followed through to completion.

- Keeping up-to-date records on each client for customer service (call logging)
- Forwarding where necessary queries to either sales or accounts.
- Updating internal records about client requests and changes
- Daily checks to ensure smooth running of internal systems.

This is an excellent entry level role for a graduate wishing to prgress their career within the finacial sector. Training would commence in-house with the Client Support Team.



- A 2.1 or above in your chosen degree
- Able to demonstrate a keen interest in the financial sector
- Highly analytical with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
