World leading FMCG within the confectionery, food and pet food sector.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for graduates on a widely recognised finance scheme. This position aims to build the business leaders of tomorrow.

The position offers three one year placements giving you the opportunity to work across the business acting as a finance consultant helping to drive business change. These placements vary in location so you must be willing to relocate to where the work takes you including the chance to take a one year international placement. You will also be given the chance to work towards CIMA and will be given study leave and support from the business.

At the end of the scheme you will to move into a management role within the business.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Exceptional and proven leadership experience and potential
- Strong analytical ability
- Keen interest in finance and management accountancy
- Ability to start work in September 2011
- Geographic mobility
- Ability to communicate to a range of different people including non financial audiences
- A minimum of 300 UCAS points
- Excellent academic background from any discipline
