Job Title: Experienced Senior Business Analyst

With well over 200 UK stores, my client is one of the largest electrical goods retailers in the UK. Coupled with internet shopping and home delivery services, they employ several thousand staff and operate across Europe.

My client is now looking for a highly numerical and analytical graduate to join them as a Senior Business Analyst.

You will be responsible for analysing, interpreting and reporting on key performance metrics for our client's websites and Call Centre, including sales, margin, traffic and conversion information. You will also be required to undertake the interpretation of the data to report back to key stakeholders to allow them to take strategic action.

Specific responsibilities to include:

- Producing and disseminating regular reports for key business stakeholders
- Analysing and summarising these reports in order to make recommendations and draw conclusions and to improve functionality and effectiveness of the website
- Defining and creating new reports and scorecards to respond to the ever changing needs of the business
- Using web analytics to understand the behaviour and activity of the online customer

Essential skills for the role to include:

- At least a 2.1 or above in your chosen degree discipline
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
- General data warehousing and reporting

Must have previous experience in using Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends - this involves web stats reports querying and behaviour extrapolation
