Our client is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world.
They are now looking to make two hires within their recoveries strategy team.
You will be leading the planning and delivery of cross brand recoveries strategy through research, development and innovation. You will be utilising the wealth of information, knowledge and experience available across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, in order to deliver strategic change.
A background in delivering change within financial services is preferable, although any role that has involved a large degree of change management will also be considered.
Relevant experience and qualifications to include:
- Educated to degree level, ideally within a numerical or analytical subject
- At least two years experience within financial services, banking or recoveries
- Analytical background with project management experience
- Demonstrable negotiation and project delivery skills
