Our client is seeking to hire experienced analytics professionals to join their growing Customer Strategy, Analytics and Pricing team at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager level based on experience.
There is a specific requirement for FMCG, retail, travel-hotel-leisure (THL), but all sector experience will be considered.
They are looking for individuals with proven experience in either data driven analytics or pricing analytics. In particular, this would include customer segmentation and profiling, propensity model design, development and implementation, predictive modelling such as demand elasticity analysis and demand forecasting.
The work includes the definition of marketing and channel optimisation strategies, customer segmentation, satisfaction or profiling growth and risk strategy, loyalty programmes, pricing and demand analytics (spending driver's analysis, predictive and propensity modelling).
They are looking for people who enjoy addressing broad business problems or particularly pricing problems and product positioning and development using large scale data sets and advanced analytics techniques, who have the patience to structure decision making and who strive to develop pragmatic, actionable recommendations, tempered by experience while working to challenging deadlines.
Essential requirements for the role:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to convey complex and highly technical issues in layman terms identifying a strong commercial application able to enhance the client's profitability
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Ability to manage engagements
- Ability to manage a significant piece of work and a team
- Good knowledge of statistical software such as SAS. Knowledge of other packages such as E-Views would be a plus.
- Good to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of VBA would be beneficial
