Our objective is to provide the public markets with a series of restructuring opportunities in the financial services industry in the UK and Western Europe. These businesses will be restructured, consolidated andor broken up to create value for shareholders.
With a team of approximately 40 people based in London they are looking for a Graduate with at least 2 years working experience within financial services. You will be providing support to the Investor relationship team and partners in relation to investor analysis and strategy, competitor analysis, buy side and sell side analytical requests, constructing financial models to support the analysis of sell slide models and forecasts and raising capital for the firm for projects. You will also be providing support to the M and A Analytical team
Suitable applicants will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels and have a strong analytical ability as well as financial modelling skills and strong researching skills. You should also have been working in Investment Management, Industry or Investment Banking for 2 years.
