A boutique executive search and board advisory firm. They were founded in 2015 by three hugely experienced search professionals to serve the needs of clients within Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail & Consumer and Technology & Telecommunications.
Operating from London, the team has an established network of contacts and candidates in Continental Europe, Asia and the Americas. Collectively, they have represented clients in over 20 different countries and work closely with three sister companies in Germany, North America and Singapore.
This is an exciting role in an early stage business. The role will be broad and involve a variety of responsibilities, allowing someone to play a key role in the development of a new business whilst also learning the skills to become an executive search professional.
Responsibilities will include:
- Market mapping to identify key executives across a range of business areas and job functions
- Approaching executive level professionals to discuss relevant positions
- Assisting partners with pre-pitch market research and report writing
- Helping to raise the profile of the business with major clients
- Creating written content for company marketing activities, including web content
- Assisting the partners with administration
The role is open immediately and will be paying £25-30k, with prospect of discretionary bonuses. Progression is likely to lead to a full Delivery role, running complete search projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Preference is for at least a 2.1 degree from a leading university, backed up with strong academic attainment prior to university.
- The founders are driven to build one of the leading executive search firms. Any hire needs to share this goal and want to be part of the journey.
- You will need to demonstrate that you want to impress (clients, candidates, stakeholders) and go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Desire to work in an early stage business which requires a hands-on, can do attitude.
- Intellectually curious and keen to learn about people, businesses and industry sectors.
- First rate communication skills in English, both in oral and written form.
