We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our commercial team, supporting our European sales ream and our growing portfolio of 150+ international clients.
Eventsforce is more than just a market leading supplier of event management software and we also pride ourselves on building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. After full training on our product and sales process, you will be ready to join our Sales Development team.
The Sales Development team is responsible for research into new market segments and for the creation, execution and follow up of lead generation campaigns. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential new clients, and providing sales ready opportunities to our new sakes team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in B2B sales and marketing.
You should have an active interest in both the events industry and technology and enjoy communicating and building relationships. You will become an expert in our market leading software platform, gain experience of the industry, and develop commercially valuable skills whilst working closely with clients in all sectors.
Within a few months you will be fully up and running helping the sales team to develop new contact and opportunities for the future.
Responsibilities
- Manage and build client relationships, maximising account growth opportunities
- Manage the commercial process through Salesforce CRM
- Participate in internal sales meetings
- Liaise with internal departments, following up on operational, support and development projects, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction is delivered throughout
- Create, execute and follow up communications campaigns to create new contacts and opportunities for the sales team

- Excellent written and verbal skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of the team
Essential Experience
- A 2:1 degree (achieved, or looking to achieve), in Event Management or related field
Preferable Experience
- Practical event work experience
- Previous sales, or other commercial work experience
- Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) products
- Knowledge of Custom Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Knowledge of web-based office suite (Google Docs)
