Responsibilities include finding, interviewing and evaluating candidates for vacancies, bringing in new vacancies and new clients, negotiation on job offers and terms of business, complete recruitment lifecycle involvement.

Requirements:
Degree 2.2 or above
Live within an easy commute to Bromley, Kent
Confident, resilient and determined
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PC literate, familiar with latest social networking technology
Some type of sales experience would be useful but not essential
