This fast growing digital marketing agency is pioneering email marketing. Having developed specialist tools, they deliver personalised digital advertising campaigns for a range of top clients.
Joining the client services team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of digital advertising campaigns. Working with a mix of clients, you'll co-ordinate the delivery of campaigns, analyse results and propose future campaign ideas.
Key responsibilities include
- Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic advice
- Delivering predominantly email campaigns as well as display, video, and Facebook advertising campaigns
- Campaign planning; gathering relevant content from clients, co-ordinating with internal teams to produce creatives and targeted audience lists
- Campaign set-up; uploading creatives and content using in-house tools
- Campaign analysis; monitoring campaign data and metrics to constantly drive ROI
- Campaign reporting; extracting data to produce regular client reports with key insights and recommendations, also verbally feeding back insights
- Account growth; suggesting campaign strategies based on data insights i.e. audience profiles and relevant promotions, identifying opportunities to grow the account further
- Working collaboratively with broader company to achieve client goals
- Networking within existing clients, also attending occasional industry events
Requirements:
- Analytically minded
- Comfortable handling and analysing numerical data
- Outgoing, ambitious self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate; Excel essential, HTML desirable
- Willing to socialise and network outside of office hours
