My client is a dedicated sustainable events company, covering Biofuels Markets, Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy and Corporate Climate Response. They work across the globe and recent events include Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Budapest, New Your, Sao Paolo, Cape Town, Singapore and Chicago.
An exciting opportunity had arisen for a confident and ambitious Graduate to join an expanding Conference and Training company as a Delegate Sales Executive.
We are looking for somebody who has the confidence to forge relationships with senior level individuals and the drive to work towards targets and promotions throughout the company.
Starting in 2003, we now work on events across Europe, Latin America, North America and Africa.
The role (£18-20k basic)
As well as managing past client accounts you will also be working on exciting new leads. With no threshold, you will earn commission on all revenue you generate earning anything upwards of £32k!
Working in this split role, you will be selling both delegate spaces for renewable energy conference and training courses.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to inbound leads and enquiries
- Account managing key clients
- Following up on leads from independent research, marketing team and CRM system
- Reporting key information back
- Continually achieve set KPIs and call time targets
Core skills needed:
- Educated to degree level
- A real passion for selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to contact and sell to senior level decision makers
- A keen desire to earn fantastic commission
