The Decathlon Group was founded in France in 1976, invented a new concept - an all-under-one-roof sports store. The Group set foot in two major fields; they became both a global designer and a brand initiator, as well as a retailer of sporting goods, with integrated R&D, design, brand planning, production, logistics and sales.
In 2003, Decathlon opened its first store in Shanghai, China. As of the end of 2015, The Decathlon Group had opened more than 160 stores, in more than 60 Chinese cities, located mainly in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Liaoning etc.
In order to continue growing, our group are expanding further into the China market. We plan to open 500 stores in the next 5 years, and we are therefore looking for 6000 talented people!

Responsibilities:
-Hiring, training and managing your sales assistant
-Help your team to achieve their professional targets
-Controlling the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation
-Working to an economic target of your department on turnover, margin, expenses and profitability
-Making sure that your area has the best layout to welcome customers
-Working with your team providing professional sales service, technical and product advice to consumers
-Cooperating with your colleagues to ensure operations run smoothly
Requirements:
-Chinese citizenship
-Degree in any subject
-Strong interest in Retail/Business Management
-Passionate about sport
-Creative, energetic and eager for a challenge
-Tenacity to progress within Decathlon
