Role and Responsibilities
• Day-to-day running of the finance - payroll and data input
• Handling learning centre invoice processing and payments, purchase orders, reconciliation of the purchase ledger control account, credit card statement and petty cash procedures and administration
• HR - Updating pupil and staff data
• Financial administration, sales ledger activity, bank reconciliations, and recording and processing of income- lettings and student money
• Admin and payroll responsibilities
• Liaising with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
• Logistics of learning materials
Requirements
• Bachelors degree (or higher)
• Fluent English both in verbal and written
• 5+ years training experience preferred (Work experience in franchise education services are preferred - e.g. Kumon)
• Intermediate level of: analytical, projectprocess management skills, computertechnical skills, oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of learning and development best practices.
• Understanding of financial programme
• Must be required to be DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services, formerly Criminal Records Bureau) checked
