Role & Responsibilities
• Support franchisees and help them market their branch in their territory.
• Perform lead generation (On/offline, and others)
• Develop and execute marketing programmes to promote the company's brand.
• Create advertisements and communication strategies.
• Contributes in executing traditional marketing tactics such as email, e-cards, webinars, newsletters, sell sheets, brochures; and digital marketing such as video, social and web for assigned campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking results and providing input on campaign ROI analysis and reporting.
• Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions.
• Develop and track budgets.
• Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
• Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
• Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Marketing or related discipline
• Fluent English both in verbal and written
• 10+ Years Experience in Marketing and communications
• 5+ Years Experiences in private education sector (work experience in franchise education services are preferred - e.g. Kumon)
• Good understanding of Google SEM and SEO
• Full Understanding of Social Media
• Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Understands and follows established processes, approvals and best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities
