Working within our client's Financial Service business area you will provide consultancy services to clients within Financial Media, Capital Markets, Retail Banking and Insurance.
Responsibilities include supporting the development of the customer experience proposition and delivering customer experience improvement assignments at a range of clients. You will be required to interview clients to identify requirements, design business process architectures and documents using root cause analysis and a range of problem solving techniques to understand client issues. The role requires liaising with technical business and operation staff at all levels throughout the organisation and using specialist knowledge to engage them appropriately. You will be required to coach train and mentor others in business knowledge and analysis techniques.
Suitable applicants will have business analysis experience across either retail banking, insurance or investment banking. Previous experience of working on web propositions including defining web-site functionality and processes, ideally with some understanding of key web technologies and of business intelligence and analytics (such as targeted marketing and ideally web site customer behaviour analytics) is also required.
Suitable candidates will be self motivated and have the ability to motivate others to keep morale and performance high. You will have excellent communication and negotiations skills and have a flexible approach to hours, location and tasks.
