A leading online gaming company.
They are looking for a proactive and passionate Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to manage and optimise the conversion funnel and other key user journey paths to ensure relevance and optimum conversion rates.
Requirements:
- At least two years working across SEO, site optimisation, conversion funnel analysis.
- Experience in creating wireframes and managing website design.
- Experience running AB, multivariate and behavioural targeting tests.
- Expert understanding of online marketing and web analytics.
- Intermediate JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
- Basic understanding of statistics.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
- Liaising with various teams internally will be a requirement, so a certain level of confidence and chasing co-ordination to get the required assets amends will be essential.
- Highly numerate.
