The Compliance Team
Compliance ensures that we securely circumnavigate potential risks on a daily basis. We're a small team but broad in responsibilities and as a graduate you'll be exposed to a wide range of high-impact issues. These could include everything from Market Abuse and Anti Money Laundering to Bribery and Corruption. By undertaking ad-hoc regulatory compliance reviews across departments and implementing new regulatory developments you'll broaden your knowledge of the regulatory environment, both in the UK and overseas. In fact, it will only be a matter of time before you'll be developing policies, representing GMandT at industry events and training colleagues in your specialist subject.

Who we're looking for
To safely steer our future course you'll need strong business acumen and excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills. And ideally you'll have at least a 2:1 degree in economics, business or law. Some work experience in an energy or commodity trading environment would also be useful, and you'll arrive at our offices eager to learn more. Of course fluency in English is a must and other European languages would also be an advantage. Last but not least, you should be a team player who'll go above and beyond to help others.
