Women in Finance is a three-day program where female students in their first and second years at university can explore what investment banking is all about. It will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you the skills to help you get through the assessment process at Citi. You'll also have the opportunity to meet and network with teams across different business areas. It's an ideal introduction to our sector and our business designed to give participants insight into the different career paths within banking.
We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
Here at Citi we want to give you a real insight in our business areas and help you decide where you want to start your career. Women in Finance is designed for students who are undecided on finance or the business area they want to pursue. Over your 3 days with Citi you will be introduced to Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Markets and Securities Services, Investor Services, Capital Markets Origination, Private Bank, Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Risk Management through workshops and networking helping you decide where you can see yourself excelling. Following the programme, any participants that have demonstrated the qualities we look for in Citi will be offered a place at an assessment centre for a place on the following years summer analyst programme.

We want to hear from you if:
- You are in your first year of a three-year undergraduate course or second year of a four-year undergraduate in any discipline or Master's course
- You have a minimum of 320 UCAS points or equivalent
