To ensure we continue to provide a first class service to our customers we are recruiting for a commercially minded individual to deal with our diverse customer base at a sharp and tactful pace. What Is The Role?
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our wide customer base and specifically within a region across the UK. Whilst this is not a new business development role, you will be expected to identify new opportunities within existing sites, driving revenue and profit to exceed channel targets. To do this you will be involved in Day to Day operational processes, taking ownership to ensure success. Dealing at Head Office level, your ambition and values will encompass working with well-known Retailers, individual businesses and reporting to the Head of the non-Corporate channel.
This role is critical to the running of our organisation and it is key that individuals can display the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Drive the maximum amount of revenue and profit from each contract.
- Maintain and develop key accounts through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Learn and prioritise personal sales retention activities and prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims which include profitable sales and commercial decisions on operational functions.
