The role and the department:
The Business Development Associate reports to the Sales Manager and supports the team in ensuring the client is delighted, hence driving more revenue into the business.
The role will be a mixture of on-going client service and relationship management mixed with up selling and new business development. The successful candidate will be exposed to a range of Blue Chip clients across various industries, meaning that you will gain exposure to a wide variety of clients. You will have to develop long lasting relationships with these clients, ensuring that you deliver excellent client service to maximise business.

The position will be an incredibly varied and interesting support role and will involve but is not exclusive to:

- Assisting with client events
- Managing a high volume of communication from clients by e-mail and telephone

Candidates should have excellent communication skills in both written and oral English. It would also be beneficial if you can demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set.
