- Exemplary education back ground to degree level
- Highly motivated, open minded, full of ideas and a common sense approach
- Enthusiastic and demonstrating initiative

- Self awareness and conscientious
- Ideally worked in a Retail environment whilst studying

Job Requirement
To be successful in this role you will be able to prove Commercial Awareness and a passion for Customer Service and look to improve the customer experience in store through the highest retail standards. You will have good communication, Planning and organisation skills and will have the ability to lead and motivate a team of people. You will need to be 101% committed and be flexible across the UK.

You will be involved with all aspects of Store Management working with our experienced Training Store Managers to learn on the job. The Programme starts with an induction into Retail and then training continues in store with the aim of having early responsibility for store operations and team management. You will have a tailored PDP and you will attend a number of core skill workshops as well as 2 week placements within Key Head Office Departments.
