Created in 2001, our client is now established as one of the leading on-line gaming companies in the UK. Phenomenal year on year growth is projected to continue into the future. They pay out in excess of £1 million on a daily basis and work with a number of high profile affiliates.
You will be working in the gaming operations team, aiming to maximise player lifetime on the site. Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about human behavioural patterns, as part of this role will be to understand certain behavioural trends when people are playing games.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Analysing data to understand player behaviour.
-Finding trends within the data to explain player behaviour and to understand when a player is having a positive or negative experience.
-Working with the gaming operations team to solve business problems and envisage future needs.
-Communicating your findings back to the team.
The essential skills for this role are as follows:
- 2.1 or above in Psychology or related
- An interest in human behavioural patterns
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Excel skills
- Ideal but not essential to have studied player or gambling behaviour
