We offer: During this 18-month program, you will have the chance to gain insight into our Finance, Controlling and Auditing departments. We offer you an opportunity to participate in an excellent on-the-job training in a variety of subjects and develop a comprehensive understanding of unit-specific and cross-divisional topics. From day one, you will take part in challenging tasks, especially in projects. Your assignments during the program as well as your goals will be discussed and mutually agreed upon. You need a master's degree or diploma with excellent grades in Business, Political Science, Economics, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject. Beyond this, you have very good German and English language skills along with a sound understanding of standard IT applications. You convince us with your excellent ability to work in a team. As we are operating in a global context, it is important to us that you have profound intercultural competences which you have gained during internships or a semester abroad.
