What you'll do

You'll have every chance to build your reputation for excellence over the two years of the Scheme. From day one onwards, you'll get stuck into a series of roles and projects, working with senior colleagues in various business areas and adding real value as you go. As if all that weren't enough, you'll sit the Chartered Insurance Institute's exams and maybe study for further relevant qualifications.


What you'll need

If you have a business-focused qualification to back up your university qualification, great; but we're open to commercially-minded people from pretty much any background. What's most important to us is entrepreneurial flair, business acumen, unshakeable commitment, organisational prowess and a truly influential personality.
