The scheme is structured yet varied, providing essential experience through a combination of practicalchallenges, off-the-job training and interesting projects, and at the end of the 18 month programme you should be equipped with the skills to take up your first management position in the business.
What do you need to be successful? To start, you'll need a 2:2 in any discipline and a hands-on approach, coupled with an interest in managing people and processes in a demanding environment.
