Our Engineering Management graduate programme offers you the opportunity to develop your engineering management skills, and a thorough understanding of Arriva's passenger transport operations in the UK and Europe. The scheme is structured yet varied, providing essential experience through a combination of practical challenges, off-the-job training and formal qualifications, and at the end of the 18 month programme you should be equipped with the skills to take up your first engineering management position in the business.


What do you need to be successful? To start, you'll need a 2:2 in an engineering discipline and a hands-on approach coupled with an interest in managing people and processes in a demanding environment.
