Business Development Managers
Central Brighton
Accordance is an international VAT consultancy firm. Our focus is on helping companies trade outside of their home territory. We're a serious and dynamic business, but we work in a friendly and informal environment.
We're based in central Brighton and provide compliance and advisory services to blue-chip firms throughout the EU - and beyond.
We're professional and forward-thinking and try to have an open and progressive approach to management, policy and strategy. Our aim is to simplify the experience of cross-border VAT for businesses trading in Europe, through a policy of practical engagement with our clients and their indirect tax issues.
Accordance operates a highly successful direct sales model, and has grown rapidly over the last few years. We now want to increase the pace of our expansion into Europe by further extending the Business Development Team to reach more companies, both inside and outside of the UK.

Integrated into a dedicated sales team, the new Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Skills Range:
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and charming individuals, driven to create new business.
We are expanding our reach across Europe - it will be necessary for some individuals to be able to conduct business in another major Northern European language e.g. Dutch, French, German.
The right candidates will:
- Have the determination to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Be a good talker and listener
- And an equally good reader and writer
