GRB are currently recruiting for the UK's leading supplier of food and drink vending solutions. Their client base varies from SME's to major blue-chip businesses across London and the South East. Their sales force is looking to take on a number of graduates in 2015/16 to help facilitate a growth plan to double in five years.
Initially you will embark on a six month training programme where you will be exposed to various internal functions within the company which will help you understand how the business operates as a whole. During this time period you will also be taught about sales and the vending market. With the support of senior sales managers and an external trainer, your business skills and sales techniques will be developed at a rapid rate.

The Scheme
After the six months you will either join the new business sales team or customer account management team. Your time will be spent either in the office or on client sites. Responsibilities will include:
- Following up on sales leads which have been generated by the marketing team
- Introducing company services to new businesses via telephone pitching
- Arranging appointments with prospective clients or existing accounts to discuss their vending needs
- Visiting clients on their site to develop relationships and to pitch services
- Negotiating on sales margins

Progression Model
There are four stages to this company's career progression model:
- Graduate Sales Exec Account Manager £23k basic plus OTE £48k (assuming a full 12 months of sales)
- Sales Exec Account Manager £26k basic plus OTE £60k
- Senior Sales Exec Account Manager £30k basic plus OTE £76k
- Key Account Sales Exec Account Manager £40k basic plus £90k OTE
Requirements:
- A strong record of academic achievement with a 2.1 equivalent (or expecting) at degree level
- We are looking for those who have a proven track record of success from a non-academic
background. E.g. sporting competitions, extracurricular achievements.
- Excellent levels of communication, including rapport building and the ability to persuade
- Genuine desire to work in sales and to achieve high levels of commission
- Aspiration to achieve managerial levels
- Driving licence
