A business to business provider of food and drink products. Their sales force is looking to take on a number of graduates in 2015 to help facilitate a growth plan to double in four years time
GRB are currently recruiting for the UK's leading supplier of food and drink vending solutions.
The graduate programme is open to those who can start end of September.
Initially you will embark on a nine month training programme with grass roots introduction to sales and the vending market.
Your time will be spent either in the office or on client sites and responsibilities will include:
- Following up on sales leads which have been generated by the Marketing team
- Introducing company services to new businesses via telephone pitching
- Arranging appointments with prospective clients or existing accounts to discuss their vending needs
- Visiting clients on their sites to develop relationships and pitch services
- Negotiating on sales margins

Requirements:
- A strong record of academic achievement with a 2.1 at degree level (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of success from a non-academic background
- Excellent levels of communication; including rapport building and the ability to persuade
- Genuine desire to work in sales and to achieve high levels of commission
- Aspiration to achieve managerial levels
- Driving licence
