Our client is one of the most prominent festivals in the UK - celebrating the creativity, diversity and inspirational talent in their field and debating the major issues facing the industry. The annual festival draws an audience from across the world to see some of the biggest names in the industry perform.
The role reports directly to the Festival Director, but the successful candidate will be required to manage the Marketing Assistant and supervise the Registration Manager. As both a strategic and operational role, you will require technical expertise and creative judgement. Driven by deadlines and able to see the big picture to implement and develop the Festival's marketing and customer data strategies, you will have a passion for creative media and be a creative and entrepreneurial thinker.
You will be rewarded with a salary of £32-35k dependant on experience. This role also offers a bonus, a pension scheme and flexi time. Most importantly, you will join a team of enthusiastic individuals and will have full support to assist you in meeting personal and professional objectives and development goals.
The Successful Applicant will have:
- 2-3 years' experience in a CRM role
- Proven experience improving and managing DataCRM systems and processes
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Depth of experience in Data Analytics
- Reporting experience
- Knowledge of customer contact strategies
- Experience of building and delivering testing strategies and data campaigns
- Ability to develop and deliver segmentation and targeting
- Ability to interpret business questions and turn into analysis activities
- Ability to prepare business cases to support further investment in the marketing function
- Good communication skills - an ability to present analysis at all levels of the business and to non-specialists
- Quality control of data analysis outputs
