Our client is now looking for an Experienced Retail Insight Manager to provide reporting on KPIs and insight into product, pricing and web initiatives.
The role leads the provision of customer and category insight to Buyers within the Trading team to help them understand promotion and marketing effects as well as category and market dynamics. You will be responsible for analysing and presenting recommendations on Trading initiatives to senior management. Alongside this you will manage a team of Retail Insight Analysts.
This role is very commercial, focusing directly on work that help drive the Trading team's budgeted objectives, and producing analysis of a very high standard to deliver what is effectively an internal consultancy function.
Essential requirements for the role include:
- Degree from a top tier university
- Experience of retail or retail consultancy, preferably some online
- Highly organised and professional
- A strong motivator who is not afraid to be persistent in order to get things done
- Extremely competent communicator
- Strong influencing skills,
- Ability to drive the uptake of new initiatives borne out of insightful analysis
