My client is seeking exceptionally able candidates who have the drive and determination to help deliver projects that change how they operate.
The projects focus on delivering major improvements to their supply chain by improving operations, systems and processes. You will present solutions to complex problems and be able to convince the business as to why a particular change is necessary. You will be carrying out in depth analysis and providing practical recommendations and you will have the drive to get ideas implemented.
The work is high-profile and offers continuous exposure to senior Directors within the organisation, combined with the opportunity to swiftly deliver significant benefits to the business. You will be expected to apply a scientific approach to retail problems, delivering solutions to improve the customer experience as part of a dedicated project team. You will be business aware and have the ability to combine detailed analysis with practical recommendations. You will have a good mathematical understanding and be able to explain complex issues and present solutions simply and clearly.
Essential skills for the role to include:
- A good numerical or operational degree from a top tier university
- An A in Maths A level
- A minimum of two years work experience in an analytical environment
- The ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- A strong business awareness
- Interest in technology
